Hamid Rezatofighi received his PhD from ANU in 2015. In 2018, he was awarded a prestigious Endeavour Research Fellowship and used this opportunity for a 6 month placement at the Stanford Vision Lab (SVL), Stanford University. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Institute for Machine Learning (AIML) at the University of Adelaide. Since 2011, he has been actively working in the field of object detection and multiple objects tracking with research expertise in Bayesian filtering, estimation and machine learning using point process. He has applied his expertise on many different, but closely related applications in computer vision, medical imaging, robotics and signal processing.
